Projects

Here are a few papers I wrote while obtaining my MLIS.

In this paper, I analyze the methods used by three archives from different parts of the world to see which methods are successful in diminishing backlog. I identify three factors that are essential to creating a positive change on backlog in archives: good appraisal policy, backlog awareness, and more personnel.

The Cartoon Art Museum Special Library Collection Development Proposal

This is a collection proposal for the addition of items at The Cartoon Art Museum in San Francisco, CA. I chose forty-five items, of various formats, and specified guidelines for selecting items and managing the collection.
